45 Seconds Work/15 Seconds Rest

3 Sets

  • Alt. lunges to squat with shoulder press
  • Pushup to renegade rows- halfway switch sides
  • Burpees to alt. single arm snatch
  • Single leg deadlift to row -halfway switch sides
  • DB Swings
  • Leg lowers to tricep ext.
  • Squat curl to press
  • Plank
