- Alt. lunges to squat with shoulder press
- Pushup to renegade rows- halfway switch sides
- Burpees to alt. single arm snatch
- Single leg deadlift to row -halfway switch sides
- DB Swings
- Leg lowers to tricep ext.
- Squat curl to press
- Plank
