This is my signature eight week Ayurvedic seasonal living program. Learn how to implement seasonal Ayurvedic practices, workout with your hormones in mind and connect with other like minded mamas. You will learn how to connect to nature, your inner goddess, the moon, and how to balance your ojas (vital energy).
The first 42 days postpartum are associated with the next 42 years according to Ayurveda. If you're craving support in the postpartum period and live in the Saint Paul, MN area learn about my two offerings to support you in those first three to six weeks postpartum.
Learn what practices are best to live in alignment with the current season. You will also receive a yoga asana practice, seasonal tips, two Ayurvedic seasonal recipes and dosha pacifying practices.
