Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast with Sara Lewis about restoring the core during the postpartum time period.

Introduction

I was introduced to Sara’s work from a mutual friend. I love her take on how to properly work the body after having a baby. Many times we try to rush back to fast and forget about making sure we are in proper alignment. Sara teaches us how to properly restore the core, ribs, pelvic alignment are all in place before venturing into a hardcore fitness routine again.

Background on Sara

Sara Lewis is also known as, The Uncool Trainer. She thinks relieving pain by getting muscles to function correctly is really cool! In this day and age of high intensity, maximum calorie burn, make you sore for days type workouts, Sara falls into the uncool category. And she’s okay with that. She loves working with clients who have limited mobility, unexplained aches and pains, and new moms. Sara believes the right exercises can help restore function, posture, and health.
