Ideal Morning Flow
Questions to ask yourself?

What I usually do right when I wake up is…..

What would be best for my body in the morning is…
-
What would be best for my potential soul in the morning…..

What do I need to change to start the day that way?
I crave my morning rituals. Somedays that's the only time I have for myself during the day. I have completely overhauled my work schedule due to the pandemic and now am solely going to be working remotely from home. With that comes a little more thought and need to my morning flow.
I still am trying to get up at least 30 minutes before my son to have some quiet time and meditate, journal, pull an oracle card. Whatever feels right for me that day.
One of the things I find helpful is to have a wheel of things you might want to do and depending on how you feel that day. That way you have a bit of the masculine energy with structured ideas but layered in with the feminine for the creative play and energy of deciding how you feel that day.
Divine Time Ideas
Along with the ideas listed above I have also started to include anti-racism work into my morning routine. As a white woman I feel it is my responsibility to make sure I do my part to help educate myself so I can be part of the solution and not add to the problem.
If you're looking for a place to start remember to reflect on the questions listed above to map out your ideal morning and get your divine time wheel started today.
