Todays Workout - 3 sets
Circuit 1
Plie Squats with shoulder press x10
Overhead Triceps x10 add in pulsing and full reps
Plie pulses x15 - add jumps and jump forward and back
Butt Kicks on Andrea's clap -1 burpee- 15 seconds
Circuit 2
Triceps ext. on back x 10
Pullovers x 10
Plank kickbacks x 10 add bear crawl hover
Mtn. Climbers x 15 seconds
Circuit 4 -Core
Crunches on back right leg behind left crunch
Leg lower to floor
R. crunch
Slow bicycle
*repeat other side
Finish with plank kiss workout goodbye
