At-Home HIIT Workout

Todays workout you just need a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat if you have one. Today's workout is cardio focused so we of course have strength moves but sprinkled in are cardio moves to help you get your heart rate higher.
I also use a 3 set approach to most of my workouts as I've found that tends to get the best results when working out to really fatigue your focus muscle groups. I also emphasize training the backside of the body to really balance our forward lifestyle. Most of us tend to be on our phones, computers, or driving so emphasizing the back of the body to help keep you balanced and injury free!
