How my clients are doing perimenopause differently

Perimenopause shouldn’t stop you from getting the results you want.

In fact, I know it won’t stop you, because *most* of my clients have this is common:

They are intense, pitta women who have a lot on their plates and make stuff happen but sometimes they have trouble shutting off at night.

Because I’ve worked with so many of these people before, I know exactly how to help you get the results you want without losing the structure you enjoy.

Most programs try to compete on being the most intense, best bang for your buck but me? I take clients in a whole other direction when I work with them.

I combine both Ayurveda, and my personal training background to get you results balancing your hormones.

Ready to find joy with your workouts, nourish your body with food that tastes good and improves your digestion, all while finding stress reducing practices along the way?

March case study

Clients always tend to find me when they want to stop running on all cylinders.

Most of my clients are busy, really busy taking on so much and often their health starts to take a toll because of it.

Before we find each other, most of my clients are struggling with...

Fatigue, intense period pain, have trouble shutting off, and are doing workouts that are way too intense for their current level of energy.

I’ve noticed this one thing about a majority of my clients...

I tend to attractive a lot of pitta clients. They tend to be hard on themselves, and think more is better in all areas of their lives, which in turn is leading to their burned out feeling.

When we find each other, they’re looking for a faster & easier way to accomplish their goals.

That’s where I came in!

I’m all about helping my clients learn less can be more WITHOUT giving up the structure so many pitta clients love.

You don’t have to workout 6 days a week for an hour to help you lose weight in perimenopause, you don’t have to eat salad for dinner 5 nights a week.

This is good news: no more running on all cylinders.

Instead, we’re focused on what your 3 pillars of health are that helps you find workouts you enjoy, eat in a way that nourishes your hormones and reduce stress in perimenopause.

Menstrual Cycle (2)
Flow with your cycle (6)

Are you tired of spinning your wheels?

What is missing from so many programs is they don't take into account a women's cycling hormones. We aren't meant to be the same day in and day out. When we try to force ourselves to go against our natural cycle we are more prone to burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, and period pain. Our bodies are stressed out and it's time we listen. This program is for you if you want to learn about your cycle using a blend of Ayurveda & western science to gain an understanding about how your body works.

This program is not for someone on hormonal birth-control pills who doesn't want to come off them or who isn't open to learning an Ayurvedic & Western Science approach to their menstrual cycles.
