Jack Stafford Ayurvedic Troubadour

Jacks Bio

Jack Stafford is a British singer-songwriter and super troubadour. He is most well-known for his thought-provoking lyrics. He is on a mission to bring spirituality to the centre stage and mysticism back into the mainstream.
Jack grew up in the UK but quickly moved to Amsterdam, where he lived a toyboy lifestyle working as a copywriter, musician and fashion designer. However, this led to burnout, so Jack sold all his possessions and set off on a bicycle tour as a nomadic troubadour. He travelled through 45 countries, playing over 700 house concerts in return for a place to sleep.
He recorded many of his crazy adventures in his songs, and through those—plus countless self-help books and podcasts, as well as yoga, his Ayurveda songs, and Vipassana meditation—he grew and grew to become a unique modern-day troubadour.
The culmination of his life skills is the unique Podsongs podcast, where—together with other musical artists from around the world—he interviews special people in selfless service to others, and writes a song to bring greater awareness to their work.

Jack lives in seclusion in the South of Italy. He is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, student of metaphysics and Italian representative of The Aetherius Society - he also hosts another podcast called the Mysticast.

Learn More About Seasonal Living Collective

Do you fully trust yourself when it comes to knowing what your body wants vs needs? I know for myself I feel a lot more confident in that area but it has taken time, work, and the constant need to tune in vs. tune out. For me my workouts and nutrition were the first areas I started learning how to trust my own inner guidance rather then relying on a diet or another workout program to follow. I started tuning into what I needed vs what was convenient, what season of life I was in, I started doing new & full moon rituals to help connect with myself on at least a bi-weekly rhythm. All of that has brought more awareness to what I actually need vs what I'm being told I need.⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣

Now this might sound like a lot of work and it is in the beginning I won't sugarcoat that, but the more work I did the easier it became to make those decisions. I started trusting my first idea, my first choice for a workout, or what food I needed. I started craving more vegetables, less meat, I started wanting to do a "softer" workout at least once a month, I started needing my morning divine time to have a daily check-in point.⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣

These might seem like small steps but in reality they are huge in the grand scheme of life. If we trust ourselves with our own health, we often start to take back power in other areas of our lives. ⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣

My greatest passion right now is to help empower other women to trust themselves more. I want to help hold you accountable, hold space for you, and give you tools on how you can do that. I have created a wellness coaching program to help you lose the self-doubt around not knowing what is best for you so you can move through the world trusting your own intuition.⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣⁣

The Seasonal Living Collective will give you tools that will last you a lifetime and will evolve with you through the years. This is a 5 month journey into knowing yourself on a deeper level.
