Ayurveda translates to wisdom of life. It is a holistic wellness system that combines mind, body & soul into its seasonal practices. Practicing Ayurveda helps you uncover new layers of yourself to help you realize your full potential. It truly is an all encompassing way of life. 

Ayurveda originated in India over 5000 years ago. The sacred practices have stood the test of time and even made there way into mainstream wellness programs- intermittent fasting, tongue scraping, neti pot, living with the seasons.

A 4 week immersive mind, body & soul program to help you reset your habits from the ground up.

This was one of the biggest reasons I left my personal training business in 2020 to fully focus on Ayurvedic coaching. 

I could give people a workout and a diet to follow but there was always something more they craved. 

Ayurveda is truly a mind/body/soul holistic wellness system to help you find what lights you up not only in your daily routines but ultimately it can shift your life. 

This is why I wanted to create the Seasonal Living Collective

This program has helped hundreds of women come back to their innate inner wisdom using Ayurveda and seasonal living as their guide. 

Ayurveda blends science, intuition, the elements & seasons to create a new lens to look at life through.

*4 live yoga seasonal yoga classes that will be recorded if you can't make it live. Class times are below. (Valued at $150)

*One, 60 minute group coaching call. You will leave this coaching call with a dinacharya (daily routine) ideal for your spring season. (Valued at $250)

*One, 45 minute 1:1 coaching call with Andrea. This coaching call will be customized to your needs. You might want more movement practices support, nutrition support, or how to reduce anxiety to have a better night's rest. (Valued at $300)

Education Hub
You will be given access to the entire 4 weeks of content on day 1 of the Collective. There will be a schedule in the membership portal you can follow if you want to break it into week by week. You decide how you learn best.

Why I love coaching Ayurvedic techniques?

I have found since I started living seasonally my health and awareness of my body started to shift. I started having lasting energy, better digestion and consistent routines. At its core Ayurveda is a seasonal medicine system. 

I wanted to share with other mamas tools to help YOU find your balance, add more movement into your day & live more in flow with nature. With each new quarter brings new energy and new chances to live in tune with nature & your own divine body wisdom. 

My official Bio 

Andrea has been in the wellness community for over 14 years as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga Instructor, and Wild Woman Circle Leader. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Sports & Exercise Science, Psychology & Religion. Finally she is a proud wife & mama to an active 4 year old boy.

Over the past 14 years Andrea has helped thousands of women transform their health. She has done this by giving her clients small habit changes to implement into their lives. These small habits lead to lasting changes. Andrea's goal is to help you evolve into the person you want to become.

Questions & Answers

I don't know anything about ayurveda is this program for me?

Yes, I break it down for you in easy to understand terms. You will leave understanding the wisdom of the season & how to incorporate these practices into your daily life. 

At home programs haven't worked for me before. How will this be different?

That is why I wanted the Collective to have weekly touch points with everyone. These 4 weeks have weekly yoga sessions where we will check-in before class starts. 

We have not only a group coaching call to check-in with each other, but a 1:1 coaching call. 

I believe investing in yourself means the teacher shows up for you. If you know you need Voxer or email support that can be provided as well. 

My number one goal is to have you digest and implement the Ayurvedic wisdom into your life.  

How much time will I need to devote to the program? 

This will vary depending on what aspects you want to incorporate into your life. Some days it might be 10 minutes other days you might spend 30-60 minutes. 

Ayurveda is meant to work with you not against you. Some people will spend 2 hours on daily practices as it fits in their lifestyle others 20 minutes. What do you need and have the space for realistically in your life?

Can I do this program while pregnant or  Postpartum?

Yes, this would be the perfect program to find your community of mamas to help support you during this sacred time. This is also one of my Ayurvedic specialities so I can modify the content to your needs. 

How often is the collective offered in 2021?

All 4 seasons. Each season has new content based on the seasonal energy.
