229: Zoe Erickson on How to Increase Body Awareness

Zoe Bio

Zoe’s wellness journey began at age 12 with the opening of a heated power yoga studio in her neighborhood. After taking just one yoga class Zoe was astonished at how amazing she felt. She quickly fell in love with the practice and found that yoga helped manage her anxiety. By age 15 Zoe knew that she wanted yoga and holistic healing to be a pillar of her life going forward. Through the continual development of her practice and deeper understanding of yoga theory, Zoe drifted away from hot power yoga and was drawn towards traditional yoga. Zoe is now a licensed acupuncturist and has been teaching yoga for over six years. She is the sole owner of the acupuncture and yoga studio, Ananda Natural Medicine in Edina, MN.
