I met Brianna at a pregnancy seminar this July and really enjoyed all of the information, wisdom, and knowledge she has about training during pregnancy. She along with Jessie Mundell are two of the women I trust to have the cutting edge information about proper training during this stage of a women's life. They don't operate from a fear based place on how to train but more of a questioning as to why would one want to do that right now.
