I thought I would ask her back on to chat more about nutrition and to really tell us how to stay healthy over the holiday seasons as well as the cold winter months. So we chatted about why organic wines are a great option, why and what you should buy organic and how to kick the sugar cravings. It is a great all around nutrition episode perfect just in time for the holiday seasons.

As a former corporate burnout and sugar addict, she binged on bagels and coffee, worked round the clock, then spent hours on her couch eating candy by the bucketful
But after years of having no energy, low blood sugar, not sleeping well, being overweight and struggling with acne,
she learned how to understand and eliminate her sweet cravings and implement more self care.
As a result, her energy skyrocketed, her sleep improved, she lost about 30 pounds and cleared up her skin. Now, she teaches other women how to do the same, in a fun & easy way.
