Today on the Peaceful Power Podcast I’m chatting with Nikki Naab-Levy on pain in the body & how to address the everyday joint & muscle pain we might experience.

Introduction

Nikki and I connected over email and decided we would be a good fit on each other’s podcast. I was recently a guest on her podcast Moving Well where I chatted about Ayurveda. Today we are chatting about her passion muscle & joint pain. Nikki is a pilates instructor, Balanced Body Bodhi Master Trainer and massage therapist. She works with the body on many levels and talks about how to keep some of the achy pains we all feel from time to time away.

Background on Nikki Naab-Levy

Nikki Naab-Levy is a Pilates teacher, Balanced Body Bodhi Master Trainer and massage therapist who’s helped thousands of people who struggle with injury get fit with less pain by teaching them how to move better and work smarter.
Her fitness wisdom has been featured in the Seattle Times, MindBodyGreen, the Huffington Post, and Men’s Fitness.
When she’s not teaching a sneaky hard Pilates class, you can find her hiking in the Pacific Northwest with her husband K.C., nerding out on podcasts, and chain-drinking cups of coffee.
Check out her blog for inspiration and info on all things intelligent movement at naablevy.com. (Your body will thank you.)
