Angela and I met in a private Facebook group and hit it off. We have similar philosophies about how to approach pain in the body and what are ways you can help yourself to feel better.  Angela shares with us what the Feldenkrais is and teaches us how to connect with ourselves during the day to see what might need to be addressed in your body.
