Totally fine! I always like to start clients with an Ayurvedic intake session. You will get an understanding of how Ayurveda can work seamlessly into your life if you wish to do so. 

I love to use dumbbells and booty bands as my own staples in my workouts. If you have more equipment great, but you can get great results with minimal equipment! 

If you live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area I do offer in-home sessions for an additional $100 fee each month for driving and time fee. 

Yes, and they will be uploaded for you to watch on your own time. 

  • I would suggest the app-8 week program if you are brand new to me and not sure of my training style. 
  • Group coaching (Wise Woman Reset) is great for those who just want a little accountability each month but don't need the weekly 1:1 time with me.
  • 1:1 coaching is best for those who need the extra support and like the weekly touch point with a coach vs. group setting. 

Of course! Those are just my two areas of expertise but I work with women of all ages and abilities! 

Yes, I teach at Green Lotus in Mendota Heights on Mondays at 4:45pm- Yin Yoga and Tuesdays at 8:30am Hatha as well as Tuesdays 10am Strength 45 class. 

I also teach at Big River Yoga in Minneapolis on Sundays at 9am- Align and Flow and 10:30am Slow Flow/Yin Class.
