Totally fine! I always like to start clients with an Ayurvedic intake session. You will get an understanding of how Ayurveda can work seamlessly into your life if you wish to do so. 

I love to use dumbbells and booty bands as my own staples in my workouts. If you have more equipment great, but you can get great results with minimal equipment! 

If you live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area I do offer in-home personal training and yoga sessions. 

Right now, I offer all in-home personal training and or yoga. We always do an online or meet at a local coffeeshop for a free consult to make sure we are a fit. I will then come to your home for all sessions. 

  • I would suggest the app-8 week program if you are brand new to me and not sure of my training style. 
  • 1:1 personal training is great for those who want a customized approach to your wellness program. I have various commitment levels to meet you where you are! 
  • The Strength Program is a great fit for those who crave a little something different infused with Ayurveda, and yoga elements along with their lifting workouts.

Of course! Those are just my two areas of expertise but I work with women of all ages and abilities! 

Yes, I teach at Green Lotus in Mendota Heights on Mondays at 4:45pm- Yin Yoga and Tuesdays at 8:30am Hatha as well as Tuesdays 10am Strength 45 class. 

I also teach at Big River Yoga in Minneapolis on Sundays at 9am- Align and Flow and 10:30am Slow Flow/Yin Class.
