I've spent 19 years helping women build strength that actually lasts- without losing themselves in the process. I’m a personal trainer, yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor & postpartum doula.
My approach is:
Grounded — simple, effective programming that respects real life
Devotional — reverence for the body, recovery, and rhythm
Wise — discernment over trends and progress that matches your capacity
I work especially well with women who are thoughtful, deeply intuitive, and strong in their own way. Women who want training to feel like an anchor in their life, not another thing demanding everything they've got.
1:1 personal training: virtual, in person (Minneapolis Area), or hybrid of both. Three months. Built entirely around your dosha, your energy, and your life. This is where Ayurveda enters the picture.
Your workouts live in the Everfit app with everything you need between sessions.
Each month you'll also have access to The Sacred Meditation Circle- one hour, deep not wide. It's optional but trust me, you won't want to miss it.

No meal plans here. Instead I offer seasonal, intuitive nourishment guidance that actually supports how your body feels and recovers.
Most trainers give you a plan and count your reps. I look at the whole picture — your nervous system, your season of life, your dosha, your energy levels and your relationship with your body. This program is a reflection of ALL of you, not just your fitness goals.
Most of my clients come in Ayurveda curious not Ayurveda fluent — and that's perfectly fine. I weave the principles in naturally as we work together. Think of it as wisdom that meets you where you are.
