In Ayurveda, that means one thing:
Self-care, Water, Cool Energy
Pitta is known to be a competitive, firey dosha. This program was built to stoke the fire but also keep you calm and cool to not burn overly bright.
A combination of bodyweight, band and dumbbell moves meant to get you down with your workouts in 20-30 minutes.
Seasonal Strength was built for exactly this moment.
This Summer is your invitation to move differently.
Ayurveda is simply this:
Your body is nature. And nature has seasons.
When you move with the season instead of against it, everything clicks.
Summer = Pitta Time which in mother nature looks like warmer temperatures, humidity, full to do lists.
Which means in the body it's time to fuel the fire without burning out. Quicker workouts, so you don't spend all day working out and get to do the things you love during the warm summer months.
In Ayurveda- Like Increases Like and Opposites Heal.

Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, and Personal Trainer, in the wellness space since 2007.
My work lives at the intersection of three pillars:
Movement. Mindfulness. Mother Nature.
All through an Ayurvedic lens.
My mission is simple, help women slow down, tune in, and reconnect to their inner wisdom. And when you start training with the seasons, that connection becomes impossible to ignore.

No- the program is built around dumbbells, a set of booty bands, and a sturdy chair. That's it. You can also do this program at the gym but many do it from their home.
Yes. We'll make strength complement your yoga practice, not compete with it. Plus I will have one weekly yoga practice in your program to try at home.
If you are new to lifting I would start with 5-10 pounds. I suggest weights for each move but you are always your greatest teacher and can adjust as needed. For those who have been lifting in the past you might want between 10-20 pounds. For more advanced workout folks you can add a 4th set to each workout if you chose!
We are in the Summer season currently and our Fall Seasonal Strength program will officially start on August 24th, 2026.
This program is geared around the seasons. I take into account the grounding needed in the Fall and early winter, the burst of energy during the spring, and shorter but still felt like you did something workouts in the summer. They are built around mother nature and her natural patterns.
Most of my clients come in Ayurveda curious not Ayurveda fluent and that's perfectly fine. I weave the principles in naturally as we work together. Think of it as wisdom that meets you where you are. Each week I have Ayurvedic videos or reading material for you to deepen your wisdom if you so chose during Seasonal Strength.
