the problem

My yoga teacher, Rachel looked at me and said: you're a Pitta.

And something in me shifted that I'm still living into today.
At the time, I was a personal trainer who had just started my own business. I was drawn to yoga, to something deeper but I didn't have a map yet.
A year later, I became pregnant with my son.

And then postpartum happened. And I became a shell of the woman I thought I was.
I didn't know how to slow down. I didn't know how to ask my body what it needed. I didn't know how to rebuild not just physically, but as a whole person in a completely new life.

Ayurveda gave me that map.

It taught me how to tune in. How to trust my own inner wisdom instead of outsourcing it to whoever was loudest. How to nourish myself in a way that actually made sense for my constitution, my season, my life.

I found lighter dinners that changed my relationship with food entirely.
I found a movement practice that nourished me instead of depleting me.
I found myself again slowly, seasonally, with a lot more grace than I'd given myself before.

Week 1: Your Foundation
We begin with a 45-minute Ayurvedic consultation the most important conversation we'll have. I'll look at your constitution, your habits, your energy patterns, your relationships with food, rest, movement, and stress. From this single conversation, everything else is built.
You'll leave with:
A clear understanding of your dosha and what it actually means for your daily life
Custom Ayurvedic recommendations woven into your existing lifestyle nothing ripped out, everything considered
A personalized practice including yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, mudras, and mantras designed specifically for where you are right now

Weeks 2–8: Your Practice Unfolds
This is where the real work happens gently, consistently, in the corner of your bedroom on that permanently unrolled mat.
Each week includes:

  • Voxer check-ins- you have access to me throughout the week. Questions, wins, hard days, shifts you're noticing. I'm there.
  • Custom seasonal Ayurvedic guidance- because your practice should move with the seasons, not against them
  • Written resources, custom meditations, & Yoga Nidra audio recordings, PDFs, and handouts throughout our time together- your own personal Ayurvedic roadmap to keep long after we're done

Week 3 & Week 6: Check-In Calls
Two dedicated 15-minute calls to pause, assess, and recalibrate. How is your body responding? What's opening up? What needs to shift? These aren't optional add-ons — they're built into the container because you matter more than the plan.
