Beta Ayurveda Group

Welcome to the Beta group of Ayurveda coaching. Here is what you will need to know. Book your 30 minute call with Andrea here. You get 1, 30 minute call to use during the program dates. You can schedule it anytime between October 1st-November 30th. There is a short goals survey to fill out before booking the phone call.

Each week you will get access to new videos & homework. You will click the agenda link below to access the week. Right now start at week 1 click the link and you will see the video as well as homework to complete for week 1.

Remember there is no behind and feel free to email with any questions you have along the way. You will also get a reminder email at the start of the week in case you don’t want to login and view your videos through this portal each week. Everything will be emailed to you as well.
