Welcome to week 7 of the Ayurvedic coaching program. This week we tackling something that will hopefully set you up for future success going forwards after this course. Routines! You either will love them or hate them but hopefully have realized how important they are especially if your a vata and how you can bring in routines into your life.
The routines we will tackle will help you keep your vata grounded, well still letting your kapha explore and your pitta learn that it’s okay to skip a routine every Sunday if you find yourself over focused. Once you can start seeing what is feeling off in your body you can start to work in your routine to help find that counterbalance.

Implement one new morning routine into your day and one new evening routine into your day. Pick routines that light you up and make you excited to get out of bed, or to get into bed.
*Also note what your routines are at this time of year they will probably change in the spring/summer time. As we start to become more aware to the seasons we notice those subtle shifts more and can easily get knocked off our routines depending on what time of the year it is.
