Week 5: Self-Care & Meditation

Welcome to week 5 of the Ayurvedic coaching program. This week we are tackling two very big things that are condensed into 1 short week. Both are very common in Ayurveda self-care & meditation. Like most things in Ayurveda you might hear it for the first time but not feel called to partake in it and that is okay. On the other hand you might find new motivation to try a new practice to add to your current routine. This week is another exploratory week about finding what feels best in your body.

Meditation Practice

This week 

Try and meditate everyday for 5 minutes. Do this either in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Try and have it be the same time each day so you can find some routine with your practice.

Second try and start 1 new self-care practice this week. Again find that routine in your day with this and don’t feel like it’s something you have to do treat it as something you truly want to do.
