Ayurvedic Retreat in Minnesota

Why I created a 1 day retreat

I wanted to pop in today to share a bit of the behind the scenes of why I wanted to create a 1 day Ayurvedic retreat!

I know I’m not the only one who is ready to gather back in-person with other souls who want to live in alignment with the seasons, their inner wisdom, and make connections with people in their community.

That is why I wanted to create an Ayurvedic retreat within driving distance of the Twin Cities as I know not everyone has a full weekend to get away but you still want to have a day to yourself where you don’t have to worry about anything but relaxing.

This retreat is purposely designed to help you unwind, get grounded and pacify the vata dosha as we enter the fall season. There will be space to connect with others at the retreat or there will be space where you can sit quietly journal, meditate or just sip on tea quietly.

There will be a grounding yoga practice, opening & closing circles, catered vegetarian lunch and snacks provided, yoga nidra and Ayurvedic workshops so you can experience the practices in your body to implement after the retreat.

This retreat is on Sunday September 11th from 9-5pm in Cannon Falls, MN (a 45 minute drive south of the metro area)

Early bird pricing ends July 31st (price will increase to $299 Aug. 1st)
