We will start at 9am gathing in cirlce with an opening meditation and outline of our day. I will provide plenty of space for you to reflect, journal and record what tools you want to take back into your daily life. 

There will be plenty of space to connect or have solo time depending what you need that day!

Ayurvedic Wellness Practices

You will leave the retreat with several Ayurvedic practices that you can implement into your lifestyle to help reduce stress & anxiety. 

Plan to be at the retreat spot by 9am to get settled in and prepare for your day of relaxation and rejuvenation! 

The retreat will wrap up around 5pm and there are restaurants in town if you want to grab something before the drive home, or if you want to bring food to prepare before your drive home there is a full kitchen in the home.

Why I love coaching Ayurvedic techniques?

I have found since I started living seasonally my health and awareness of my body started to shift. I started having lasting energy, better digestion and consistent routines. At its core Ayurveda is a seasonal medicine system. 

I wanted to share with other mamas tools to help YOU find your balance, add more movement into your day & live more in flow with nature. With each new quarter brings new energy and new chances to live in tune with nature & your own divine body wisdom. 

My official Bio 
Andrea has been in the wellness community for over 15 years as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga Instructor, and Wild Woman Circle Leader. She also has a Bachelor's degree in sports & exercise science and psychology. Finally she is a proud wife & mama to an active 6 year old boy.

Over the past 14 years Andrea has helped thousands of women transform their health. She has done this by giving her clients small habit changes to implement into their lives. These small habits lead to lasting changes. Andrea's goal is to help you evolve into the person you want to become.

Questions & Answers

How far away is the retreat from Minneapolis/St. Paul?

It is a 45 minute drive south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. 

How intense are the movement practices?

They will be gentle yoga practices, and dance breaks, walk will be at your pace. 

The movement practices will be gentle for all levels to stretch out the body. 

How long is the retreat?

9-5pm CST with an hour lunch break built in and a few shorter breaks to shift our energy around.

How interactive will the retreat experience be?

My goal is to have you share if you feel called, ask questions throughout and really have an immersive experience just like we would in-person. 

How many people will be at the retreat?

There will be a max. of 12 people. I want to make sure it's a small enough group to really feel like we all can share and be seen during our time together. 

What should we wear?

Comfy clothes. Yoga pants for the movement portions, plus we will be sitting on the floor or couches for some portions of the retreat. 

You will also want a pair of shorts or loose joggers for the self-massage portion of class. 

Do I need to bring anything?

Your journal, pens, water bottle, yoga mat, tennis shoes for the walk, change of clothes if you want to change after the yoga portion or the walk pending how warm the day is you might be sweating. 

Are there local hotels to spend the night in the area? 

Yes, Cannon Falls has a few hotel options. 
Grandstay Hotels & Suites is within a 5 minute drive! 

Is there parking at the site?

Yes! It's an old farmhouse so plenty of parking around the farm. 

Will the lunch be vegetarian? 

Yes. We will be having potato leek soup, roasted seasonal veggies, fruit tray, and homemade sourdough bread catered from the Bleu Dog Cafe.

What if i purchase the ticket & something comes up?

Unfortunately there are no refunds due to the small number of participants attending the event. 

Flying in? 

MSP Airport is a 40 minute drive from Cannon Falls. If you plan to rent a car or you can carpool potentially with someone local. 

Staying at the farmhouse inn saturday night? 

Check-in starts at 4pm on Saturday Sept. 10th if you're staying at the Farmhouse Inn.
