Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast I’m your host Andrea Claassen. Today I will be talking with Ali Reti of Progress over Perfection podcast.

Introduction

Ali and I chatted women’s fitness in particular the progress over perfection movement. Ali feels strongly that making progress is better than being perfect no matter what you’re doing. When we are trying to make health changes we sometimes forget starting is better than having everything being perfect. We don’t need to fall victim into the all or nothing mentality.

Hustle, Muscle, & Flow Preview

What is one of the #1 reasons we skip our workouts? Time. How do we fit in a great workout into our day that we know will help us get results? That is one of the main reasons I create Hustle, Muscle & Flow. I decided I wanted to share it with you guys for the month of April.
Every Monday in April I will send you a new workout that you can do from the comforts of your own home in 30 minutes or less. These are the same workouts I’ve been using this past year to help me lose 40 pounds and mentally feel like me again. Not only have I been using them I’ve also had clients beta test my new workouts and the results are women getting in the best shape of their lives. I’ve had women lose 5 pounds the first month doing them, I’ve had women be able to increase their cardio capacity to the point they don’t dread doing 10 minutes of cardio (yes this program keeps cardio short & sweet), I’ve had women get compliments on their new muscle definition.
