I'm Andrea - your Seasonal living guide

Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast today I have on Tanya Willis and we chat everything fitness as our beliefs on fitness & nutrition are very similar.

Introduction

Tanya and I were introduced to each other in my private Facebook group. She reached out to me and I loved her website, message and her book. She keeps it real about her past struggles and how she helps inspire others in the fitness industry as well as herself to keep making small habit changes which will lead to big results.

You can find Tanya’s amazing book here

Background on Tanya Willis

Tanya is a wife and mum, author of Cookie Dough in the Dark, a Personal Trainer & Nutritional Coach among many other things!! She’s had many issues dealing with the scale going up and down, a muffin top that wouldn’t disappear, emotional eating binges that did not involve carrots and struggling with insecurity! Through all of this she just wanted to feel normal. She wanted to be happy like everyone else!
In her teens and 20’s she wanted the quick fixes, the magic pills, the fairy dust – whatever she could get her hands on to make her a lean, happy and sexy machine. Yup, she found out it doesn’t exist. She wanted to cry!! She was so frustrated. She felt like she was going around and around until she was completely exhausted and back at the starting point. And when Tanya talks with other women they feel that way too. So, she delved further into holistic health – the emotional, mental and physical – wrote a book, and has been in this field for many years helping many women.
Tanya discovered that by being smarter, not working harder, she could get the results she wanted and also for her clients. It started with some really small shifts that she shares in her free programs, paid programs, her e-books and her book Cookie Dough in the Dark. With this new knowledge, Tanya felt ALIVE, VIBRANT and COMFORTABLE in her own skin. And her clients felt this way too!
Tanya’s mission is to continue to help women step into the life they WANT. To feel confident & sexy, in control of their food choices and have their clothes fit just as they should while having the energy to live a VIBRANT life.
