Spring
Creating Seasonal Themes for Your Life from an Ayurvedic & Yogic Lens
I want to continue to bring this weave throughout the entire year on the podcast. Being intentional on how you move throughout your year.
Seasonal living means tuning into what's real for you at each season. I sat with myself and did a mini meditation clearing things out to see what word would come through for my spring season.
A question you could ask yourself- what am I craving right now?
Depth was my answer
Spring Practices I'm leaning into:
- Salt cave
- Yin Yoga Practice
- Castor Oil Packs
- Journaling and pulling Oracle Cards
- Meditation as I put my son to sleep
- Keep social media down to 1 hour a day on all platforms
- Strength train 3x a week
- Play tennis 2x a week
- Work with one plant- violet has been calling to me
- Flower essences reading my Flowerevolution book
- Yoga Nidra Practice 2x a week
I root deeply into my inner wisdom, embracing the fullness of each moment with presence and intention.
A mantra that I will recall throughout the day.

Journaling Prompts for Seasonal Themes
- Where in my life do I need more depth?
- What patterns or habits am I ready to release this season?
- How can I nourish myself with both movement and stillness?
Spring Rituals for Depth
- A pranayama practice to create spaciousness before setting a seasonal word. Such as alternate nostril breathing.
- A tea ritual with a spring herb (e.g., nettle, violet, or dandelion).
- A grounding walking meditation to embody depth in nature.

Spring Wellness Goals
I am going to play tennis 1-2x a week, lift weights 4x a week and balance my practices with yin yoga and yoga nidra.

My weekly challenge
What would your word of the year be for the spring months?
