Lyndsay Bio
Lyndsay’s wellness journey started in college during her health behavior change class. She was always intrigued with the different reasons “why” people chose to change their behaviors (or not). Fast forward 20 years later, Lyndsay is using her combined experience in health and nutrition, yoga and Ayurveda to ask her students and clients “how do you want to feel” to address their emotional and health concerns (e.g. anxiety, depression, digestive issues). She knows if people get clear on how they want to feel and reconnect with their body, they will be more likely to sustain the changes they want to feel. As a Certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach Lyndsay takes the “back to basics” approach and works with her students and clients through the lens of food, meditation, herbology, and lifestyle changes.
Lyndsay considers herself a forever student of Ayurveda and also seeks to find joy in her day to day life by throwing pottery, running outdoors, seeing the sunrise, and rediscovering old music on Spotify. You can find Lyndsay in Charlotte NC working with her students in the yoga community or online.
