Ami is a yogini with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, meditation & pranayama/breathwork. Trained in yoga nidra and sound healing, Ami helps her students & clients deepen connection to their inner being and find contentment in daily life.
She recently moved to Miami after living in NYC and enjoys living by the water, being in nature and following the moon cycles.
