Meet Carol Covino

Carol
Carol Covino is the CEO of Covino Fitness, the host of the weekly podcast, Forever Fit with Carol Covino, and the author of Finding Purpose in the Pause: Your Guide to Thriving in Menopause and Beyond.
She is a certified health and fitness nutrition coach, menopause fitness specialist, personal trainer, female metabolism coach, and an IF:45 (intermittent fasting) coach. Carol began her career as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. At age 50 she experienced her own transformation from skinny marathon runner to national bikini bodybuilding competitor. Soon women began asking Carol to help them reach their fitness goals. She later opened a fitness and yoga studio in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Over the past decade she has helped over a thousand midlife women to lose weight, build muscle, gain strength, and increase confidence. Now in her sixties, Carol is committed to globally changing the perception of age and menopause for women.

Andrea Claassen is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, RYT 500 hour yoga teacher, and Wild Woman Circle leader who has been in the wellness space since 2007. Her mission is to help you start to live a cyclical life by living in alignment with your menstrual cycle and the seasons.

She does this by teaching her Peaceful Power Practices centered around movement, mindfulness & mother nature through an Ayurvedic lens.     I graduated from Shakti School in 2019 as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. I'm a 500 HR Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic postpartum doula graduate from Inner Sun & Moon AyurDoula Program. I've specialized in pre/postpartum fitness since 2007. 

    My other interests are playing tennis, watching the Hallmark Channel, and enjoying my morning cup of coffee. I also love exploring my favorite nature trail with my two sons and husband.
