Yoga Nidra Meets You Where You Are

Hilary Jackendoff
Hilary Jackendoff is a Los Angeles based Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher, Teacher Trainer, and Human Design coach. Before moving to LA, Hilary spent 2 years formally training while living as a renunciate at an ashram.
Since 2008, Yoga Nidra has been at the center of her practice, both personally and professionally, as it has been the most effective tool in navigating her own insomnia and anxiety. In 2019, she discovered Human Design and has been committed to sharing this mystical, yet pragmatic system as a foundational tool for self-inquiry and fulfillment, as well as a path to self-love and harmonious relationships.
Her work is focused on integrating spirituality, self-inquiry, and stress-management in a nuanced, pragmatic way to awaken ease, clarity mind, and joy. When practicing with Hilary, expect a blend of down-to-earth, applicable wisdom, deep devotion, and plenty of laughs – because the spiritual doesn’t have to be so serious!

Hilary was a founding teacher at The DEN Meditation and co-creator of the studio's 400 hour Teacher Training, as well as a Wanderlust Festival teacher. She’s been featured for her work in Refinery 29, Newsweek, Well & Good, Business Insider, and Good Morning America. She shares practices on Insight Timer, Yoga International, Aura, Gaia, and Yoga Wakeup.

    LEarn My Story

My mission is to help women learn how to slow down, tune in and connect to their inner wisdom using Movement, Mindfulness and Mother Nature as their guide.

Ayurveda transformed my life after the birth of my first son in 2016 and I have made it my life's work to help others learn the healing benefits of Ayurvedic medicine ever since!

I host a weekly podcast, Peaceful Power Podcast and have written two cyclical living books- Divine Body Wisdom and Ayurvedic Approach to Healing Your Menstrual Cycle.

My other interests are playing tennis, watching the Hallmark Channel, and enjoying my morning cup of coffee. I also love exploring my favorite nature trail with my two boys and hubby.

I've been an Ayurvedic Wellness counselor, 500 HR Yoga Teacher and Personal trainer since 2007.
