I'm Andrea - your Seasonal living guide

This week I have a wonderful guest on the Peaceful Power Podcast Lyndsay Paige. Lyndsay and I have known each other for the past few years in our Ayurveda school. ⁣

Lyndsay quit her full time job to become an Ayurvedic wellness counselor full time and she is amazing. She has so much heart and passion for her work in this world. ⁣

BACKGROUND ON Lyndsay Paige

Lyndsay’s wellness journey started in college. There, she became intrigued with the choices people made on behalf of certain behaviors. This caused Lyndsay to ask why individuals addressed or changed certain behavior more than others. Through this inquiry, Lyndsay uses her combined experience in health and nutrition, alongside yoga and Ayurveda practices, to assist clients in developing self-care routines that stick.

Lyndsay’s philosophy is, if we can create routines with purpose, a life of fulfillment is not far behind. She is a master at understanding roadblocks clients face and can help them find sustainable ways to overcome them. This, she believes, leads them into a life of lasting transformation.
Lyndsay, as a Certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, uses the lens of food, meditation, herbology, and lifestyle changes in working with her clients and students. She considers herself a forever student of Ayurveda and seeks to find joy in her day-to-day life by running outdoors, seeing the sunrise, and rediscovering old music on Spotify.
Lyndsay meets with her students online in a private 1:1 setting or in her Signature Group Coaching Program, Self-Care & Ayurveda.
