Partner 1 plank hold - Partner 2 does 20 squats

Partner 1 Wall Sit while Partner 2 does 20 pushups 

Partner 1 High Plank Shoulder taps  Partner 2- 20 Squat Jumps 

Partner 1 Starfish Crunches  Partner 2- 10 Burpees
