Does your inner wise woman need to be let out?

I know for myself this year was a whirlwind. I started the year so sure in who I was and where I was going. Along the ride I slowly started to doubt myself, retreated and decided I couldn’t possibly make the transition into holistic health and seasonal living, I had to stay in my lane as a personal trainer only. I ended up having a way tougher year than I needed to. I felt stuck in my own business and life basically forgetting my own inner wise woman tools.

One morning I came home from personal training and what was on my desk? A large piece of paper that I wrote were my medicine woman tools. I had written them a year ago and then lost that piece of paper. I asked who put it on my desk and it was my son. He had found it wedged in between my desk and the drawer. It was my final sign, I had been feeling the pull to get back to my inner wise woman ways, through healing & teaching and that drove home to me it’s where I belong, stop fighting it.

For so many reasons we fight what our inner wise woman is telling us.

Why? Because change is hard. We ask what will people think, we ponder  who are we to change? It can stop us in our tracks the first comment we hear that validates those doubts. I will also tell you if you’re living out of alignment from who you want to be, it hurts a lot. More than it does to get your first "who do they think they are comment". I’ve experience both and the living out of alignment hurt a lot worse.

I’ve shared in the photo below various ways for you to connect with your inner wise woman. At the end of the day those are ways that I’ve done it. They might not work for you. Sit with the question how can I experience my inner wise woman? See what comes up. That is your way to connect for now, we are always evolving and how you tap into her will also shift. If you feel called to tap deeper into your own inner wise woman and explore the next evolution of you and living with the seasons on a deeper level is something you feel a pull to I invite you to join us in the Seasonal Living Collective Winter Edition.
