Today I interviewed a fellow Ayurvedic student Malia Wright. Both of us study the feminine form of Ayurveda with Katie Silcox. Tune in if you're curious about Ayurveda and wanting to learn more about the feminine form of Ayurveda and how it can enter your life in a beautiful way.

Malia Background

Malia Wright has been in the wellness world for 7 years, teaching Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda through 1-1 coaching, group programs, workshops, and retreats. She is E-RYT 200 and 300hr yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic Wellness Coach. Ayurveda means the science of life and living and is the sister science to Yoga. She adapts these ancient techniques for the modern world, to calm the nervous system and bring the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body into ease. She is passionate about unravelling the true authentic self in an individual while retraining the brain and the body to move through life from a place of love.
