This 8-week self-paced strength program is designed to help you build muscle, boost energy, and support your changing hormones through smart strength training, restorative yoga, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices all delivered inside the EverFit app.
1 Yoga for Recovery + Mobility
1 Ayurveda-Inspired Movement or Lifestyle Practice
(All workouts are 20–35 minutes and adjustable for your level and energy)
2 Upper/Lower Body Strength Splits using dumbbells + bands
4 workouts per week, carefully programmed to support midlife bodies:

I have also included some yoga videos to do, and pranayama practices to help you reduce stress. Recovery is just as important as the workouts themselves in perimenopause!
My approach is with minimal equipment. I would suggest purchasing heavy enough dumbbells to fatigue you and a few small booty bands!
Train like a trainer. You will get an upper/lower body split programming. Meaning 4 suggested workouts each week- 2 geared towards upper body and 2 towards lower body.
You will repeat the same workouts for 4 weeks and the next month get 4 new workouts to try!
