I’m Andrea Claassen, and for over 19 years I’ve supported hundreds of women through strength training and mindful movement designed to work with their bodies not against them. I began this work after a personal turning point made it clear that the old “push harder” fitness model wasn’t serving women through midlife transitions. I’ve always been passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies, and deepening my skills in strength, nervous system–aware movement, and seasonal rhythm has allowed me to guide women toward sustainable strength and renewed trust in themselves.

I work with women navigating perimenopause who feel exhausted, frustrated, or disconnected from movement and I’m here to show you how to rebuild strength, energy, and confidence in a way that finally feels supportive and doable.
