Join Andrea on a luxurious day retreat to help you slow down, tune in and connect with your Divine Body Wisdom. I wanted to bring this magical day to life to connect women together to learn from not only Andrea but each other. I want to give you a day to just relax and be yourself not having to think about anything including lunch. I want you to leave feeling refreshed & recharged with new tools to take back into your daily life.  

If you are a woman in need of a little space in your life, who needs a break from busy, and is feeling a little burned out this is the retreat for you. We will be meditating, learning how to incorporate Ayurveda into your daily life for better health, you will receive a nourishing Ayurvedic lunch, yoga, nature walk, and space to just journal, sit in silence, or get to know a few other women at the retreat. This is the prefect retreat if you need to a quick break from your fast paced life to slow down before the hustle & bustle of the holiday seasons.  


We will start at 9am gathering in circle with an opening meditation and outline of our day. We will provide plenty of space throughout the day for you to reflect, journal and record what tools you want to take into your daily life. 

Andrea will provide plenty of Divine Body Wisdom tools that will help you stay connected to yourself and your goals after the retreat is over so you can experience the magic of the retreat on a daily basis.

One thing I’ve noticed after being in the fitness & wellness industry for 11 years now is that women love to be given a program that tells us exactly what to do so we don’t have to think about it. It’s one less decision we need to make, but over the years of always being told what to do for our health means we become numb to our bodies, and our own intuition to what actually makes us feel good. We get lost in the marketing world that we should do the latest diet because it’s helped so many women. That is why I felt obligated to help educate women on how to tap back into their inner divine wisdom. I created the Divine Body Wisdom retreat to help bridge the gap from disconnected, stressed choatic living into trusting yourself just a little bit more. 


Where: Orchard House in Osceola, WI

When: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 20th 

Parking: Plenty of space on the many acres of farm land

What to bring: Water bottle, journal & pen, yoga mat if you have one and a smile : ) 

What to wear: Yoga clothes, hiking shoes, wear layers
