177: Julie Ward on Optimal Health Through Fresh Food

Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast today I chat with Julie Ward all about fresh food alchemy.

Julie and I had a wonderful conversation about food and various ways to incorporate vegetables into your diet. Julie has a practical outlook on how to build a spice cabinet with food as your medicine. How to slow down and enjoy your food for better digestion, and how to make habit shifts when looking at your food choices in a practical way. This episode is perfect for anyone wanting to better their habits around food.
