What is 10 Minute Ayurvedic Medicine?

This is a term I coined after leaning into Ayurveda but knowing most of my clients have minimal time. How can I get them to see maximum results in minimum time. That is where I created the idea of breaking up the Ayurvedic ideas into doshic needs based on time of day and energetic needs.

What is the Ayurvedic Clock?

In Ayurveda the doshas guide not only our mind/body type but a time of day, season and time of life.

Let's break down the times..

6-10am- Kapha

10-2pm- Pitta

2-6pm- Vata
