Stacy Fisher on Body Wisdom & Holistic Wellness

What is the Melt Method

Sometimes the path we think we’re meant to follow ends up being the very thing that guides us toward something deeper. That’s exactly what happened for Stacy Fisher. With a degree in Exercise Science and plans to become a Physical Therapist, Stacy quickly realized the traditional model felt too limiting. She was craving something more holistic, something that truly honored the whole person.

Over the past 18 years, that curiosity has led her into a rich body of work- coaching, bodywork, movement, and modalities that help women not only heal but also thrive. What I love about Stacy is the way she blends prevention, rehabilitation, and performance in a way that’s practical and deeply supportive. Her work isn’t just about “fixing” pain or chasing fitness goals—it’s about guiding women back home to their bodies with a sense of ease and vitality.

In this episode, we explore Stacy’s journey, the wisdom she’s gathered from nearly two decades of study, and the tools she uses to help women move from burnout into resilience. From the MELT Method to her retreat offerings, Stacy shares how we can shift from simply getting by to truly flourishing in our bodies and lives.
