After practicing as a physician assistant for 10 years she walked away from medicine and started a brand that went back to her roots as a former certified personal trainer and lifelong home fitness enthusiast and started a blog writing reviews of the top home workout programs on the market. Hundreds of reviews later, her company aims to help women navigate and execute a permanent home workout plan using the best services on the market.
