Introduction

Today’s episode is with the sisters of Sister Science Dhyana & Syama. I was introduced to the sisters through a mutual friend at Sarah Jenks Wise Women of Winter retreat. I have loved the work they have been putting out around Ayurveda, & yoga. They go deep in today’s episode to really understand the difference between soul & matter.

Background on Sister Science Sisters

Syama & Dhyana were raised on the path of Bhakti, Syama and Dhyana are are founders of YogaVeda; the Yoga Alliance certified school for uniting the philosophy, lifestyle, and sciences of Bhakti Yoga & Ayurveda. Dedicated students of Radhanath Swami, their teaching is rooted in the desire to serve; guiding soul’s towards an awakening to their true nature so that they may experience the the highest love, the deepest joy, always available within. Based in New York City, these sisters are the directors of Yoga at the Bhakti Center, as well as founders of Stanton Street Yoga in the lower east side of Manhattan.
