Burnout has become a near-universal experience for women in perimenopause and beyond  especially those juggling careers, caregiving, and the pressure to “do it all.” In this episode of the Peaceful Power Podcast, I sit down with Ayurvedic practitioner and author Dr. Shivani Gupta to talk about the rituals, rhythms, and daily practices that help us restore energy and build resilience from the inside out.

Shivani brings a modern, science-backed lens to Ayurveda, making ancient wisdom accessible for women navigating stress, inflammation, hormonal shifts, and chronic overwhelm. We dive into how to slow down without losing your momentum, why daily rituals are the foundation of a healthy nervous system, and how to bring Ayurveda into your life in simple, powerful ways. If you're craving steadiness, nourishment, and a path out of burnout, this episode will give you both inspiration and practical tools.
