Meet Jessica Glahn

Jessica G.
Jessica Glahn is a licensed Acupuncturist in Minnesota. She has been practicing Chinese medicine for six years. She has a Bachelor’s in Buddhist-based Contemplative Psychology with an emphasis in health and healing. She completed a Masters of Science degree from Southwest Acupuncture College in 2016. She has been a long- time student of yogic philosophy, and completed her teacher training at the Alachua Aruveda Health Retreat center in 2009. Jessica draws on her diverse healing background in clinic, where she has a passion for treating women’s health and PTSD.

Andrea Claassen is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, RYT 500 hour yoga teacher, and Wild Woman Circle leader who has been in the wellness space since 2007. Her mission is to help you start to live a cyclical life by living in alignment with your menstrual cycle and the seasons.

She does this by teaching her Peaceful Power Practices centered around movement, mindfulness & mother nature through an Ayurvedic lens.
