Dr. Amy Bio

Dr. Amy is a naturopathic doctor and alumni of Bastyr University. She firmly believes in the Craft & Clinic philosophy of a balance of science and art in crafting customized healthcare. She employs an AND/Both integrated philosophy in that sometimes we need a prescription or a hospital, and we also need a long-game plan for our health. There are no quick fixes, no magic pills, and dancing around symptoms without getting to the core of a health crisis doesn't work. Dr. Amy works compassionately with women and female bodied people, supporting them from irritability and burnout, to vibrance and pleasure during perimenopause. She is a passionate mental health advocate who believes that we have industrialized faster than we have evolved, and recognizing this in our health journey is a game changer.
