    I have known Alex for the past 4 years now. She is a dietitian at the gym I rent space at for my clients. Alex has such a wonderful approach to nutrition that I think you will find enjoyable, easy to follow and tips on pre/postpartum nutrition tips. She gives advice to parents on how to get dinner on the table every evening in a pinch, her pantry staples and how to approach your nutrition before, during & after pregnancy.

She believes an individual’s nutrition plan should be unique and will customize an effective yet practical plan to help you reach your health goals. She has worked with a variety of health conditions and desires to help you learn more about how to nourish your body to optimize how well your body functions. She has 3 young boys and during each pregnancy and the postpartum time period, she has had to learn and refine her nutrition and physical needs. Alex continues to love learning about how she can improve her own wellness physically, emotionally and spiritually as well as encourage those around her.
