Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast today I chat with Brodie Welch on slowing down in a busy world.

Introduction

Brodie is dedicated to helping type A women learn how to slow down and listen to themselves. Which is also my favorite message to teach. If you have been wanting to know more about Chinese medicine Brodie teaches how to move through the 5 elements and how they relate to us. I love the synchronicities of Ayurveda and Chinese medicine which I think you will be able to hear and learn from in today’s episode.

Brodie Welch is a Licensed Acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, self-care strategist, and transformation coach.
Brodie helps self-aware, high-achieving women break the cycle of stress, overwhelm, and self-sabotage so they can enjoy the lives they’re working so hard to create, and live into their potential.
She has helped thousands of clients optimize their weight, digestion, hormones, sleep, mood, and vitality.
