Feeling the heat? Your 3-day cool-down starts now.
Part 1: Welcome + Why I Created the Challenge
-
Warm welcome
Welcome to a special bonus episode of the Peaceful Power Podcast! This is your invitation to slow down before we officially begin the 3-Day Cool Down Challenge.
-
Why I created this challenge
For years, summer was a season that left me fried overbooked, overstimulated, burnt out. I thought I was doing everything ‘right’... until my body told me otherwise.
Then I discovered the Ayurvedic approach to seasonal living, and it completely shifted how I show up in summer especially as a woman in perimenopause.

Your invitation
This challenge is my love letter to anyone who feels the fire of summer externally and internally and wants to come home to themselves again.
