In this nourishing conversation, Andrea sits down with Jennifer Raye, author of Wisdom of the Earth, Wisdom of the Body, to explore what it truly means to live seasonally not as a wellness trend, but as a lived, embodied relationship with the body and the natural world.

Together, they discuss how modern life has pulled us away from the body’s innate intelligence, and how seasonal living, somatic movement, and Chinese Medicine offer a pathway back to trust, regulation, and inner listening  especially for women navigating midlife and hormonal transitions.

This episode is an invitation to soften, slow down, and remember what the body already knows.
