Welcome to the Peaceful Power Podcast with Jessica Murnane today we chat everything from starting a plant based diet, endometriosis to a little NBA talk.

Introduction

I have been following Jessica’s work for a few years now and love her message about spreading the benefits of eating one plant based meal a day. She comes at it in a friendly easy to follow manner, no shaming and educational. I recently purchased her book and the recipes are delicious. Along with the wonderful recipes she makes it easy for us to find the ingredients you might not have heard of. She tells you exactly where they will most likely be in your grocery store! Along with talking about the plant powered way she has been battling endometriosis for years and discusses her journey with that and how she helps women become an advocate for their own health and healing endo.
