About the Peaceful Power Podcast

The Peaceful Power Podcast focuses on living a holistic lifestyle using Ayurveda, yoga & personal training tips. The 3 pillars of the show are movement, mindfulness and mother nature. Each week there will be a guest or a solo show diving deeper into a holistic wellness practice.

The podcast started in 2015 and there are now more than 300 episodes for you to listen to at your leisure.

I have been in the wellness community for over 14 years as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher, and pre/postpartum specialist. I also have a Bachelor's degree in sports & exercise science and psychology. Finally I'm a proud wife & mama to an active 5 year old boy.

Over the past 14 years I've helped thousands of women transform their health. I've done this by giving my clients small habit changes that snowball into lasting lifestyle habits.
